Our goal is to publicly celebrate the victories of our patients and their families online. We have two ways to offer you to do so:
 

1. Share Your Story

Many people would like to share their story of care at our hospital to empower others and would like an easy, automated way to do this.  For these individuals, the Share Your Story portal is a perfect fit – through which you can upload your:

  • Photo
  • Written Text
  • Links to any YouTube videos about your recovery
  • Links to a website about you, your family, your recovery process, etc.

 
2. Add Your Story to our Blog

To have your story added to our blog, please use the form below to submit the requested information.  Once you submit your information, please give us a few business days to review your request and ensure that it is appropriate for the We Are CHLA Blog.
