Dr. Henri Ford Returns From Haiti

After spending two weeks providing medical assistance to victims of the Haiti earthquake, Dr. Henri Ford has returned to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

Now back in Los Angeles, he is being consulted by media sources for his perspective on ongoing rescue and relief efforts in his native country.

In this special edition of abc7’s Eyewitness Newsmakers, host Adrienne Alpert asks Dr. Ford and abc7 journalist, David Ono, about their experiences in Haiti, including:

  • Current living conditions
  • Rebuilding obstacles
  • Recent arrest of American missionaries for kidnapping Haitian children
